Happy Thanksgiving
Since we're so easily burned out on traditional holiday cuisine, my family decided to prepare Thanksgiving with a Southwestern twist. The good news is I had plenty of stuffing and just baked it in the oven. Crisis has been averted and I still have some avacado/tomatillo sauce to go with it if that is desired. We are going to have some more traditional offerings and now I think I'm just as excited about those.

It's been a good year and I have lots to be thankful for. And to that, I'm going to eat and drink until I burst.
